When you provide information for your profile during membership application or renewal, you will specify what, if any, information is visible through the health care provider database. You may revise the displayed information at any time by logging in to your profile.

Your financial information required for credit card purchases will be processed by our internet gateway CyberSource and our merchant account service Bank of America Bank of America; their privacy policieswill apply for such transactions.
